Please allow 3-5 business days for normal order processing, and 7-10 business days during launches. All orders are packaged and shipped from Cave Creek, AZ.

Pre-Orders will need a minimum of 14 business days turnaround time unless otherwise stated.

Launches and Restocks are already made and ready to ship to you within our regular processing time unless otherwise stated.

Currently we do not ship outside of the United States.

If your package is returned to sender, or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Please note that Sincerely, Abi products are handcrafted with polymer clay and must be handled with care. As tempting as it may be, do not bend or allow anything heavy to sit on top of your item. Our products are slow made with care and attention to detail, and for this reason there may be small imperfections or variations in patterns and color. If a pattern is featured, your pattern may vary slightly from what is shown -- your item is one-of-a-kind! We try to present colors as accurately as possible, however the actual product may vary slightly in color than what is seen on your screen.

DAMAGES + ISSUES

We want you to love what you picked! Every piece is carefully inspected before packaging. But please keep in mind that we are human and might miss something. If so, you have 3 business days from the delivery date to submit a Contact Us form or reach out to us at info.sincerelyabi@gmail.com for a resolution.

REFUNDS

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. However, if something breaks due to a design flaw, we will send a replacement if it is within two weeks of your purchase date for in person purchases, and within two weeks of delivery scan on shipped orders, at our discretion. You may be asked to send photos of damaged product. Replacements will not be provided if damage is due to customer neglect. Please adhere to earring care information for instructions on how to care for your earrings to ensure breaks are limited.
